Job description: Meetish InfoTech Pvt Ltd is looking for a talented Illustrator to create original pieces of artwork for print and digital publications. For this role, you will collaborate with clients, editors and marketers to make sure you gasp and sketch out their business needs to attract their audiences. You will be a part of the core marketing team and will be working towards building the company’s brand name and values. We are looking for a talented Illustrator & highly creative graphic designer to join our team to create original pieces of artwork for print and digital publications. If you love simple graphics and can design them in a way that is stunning and impactful and can collaborate with marketers, content writers and designers to make sure you grasp and sketch out their needs to attract audiences, we would like to meet you

Desired Candidate Profile

Responsibilities

• Market research and competitive analysis to understand the users and their behaviour. Ensure that the visual guidelines are implemented across all the deliveries
• Work closely with the teams (Social Media, Digital Marketing, Online/Offline, PR, Branding etc.) to create strategic and beautiful contents based on each project's established vision and strategy
• Must have the ability to visualize ideas and concepts presented by teams quickly in the form of prototypes and lead innovation in design and creative thinking
• Lead all phases, from concept ideation to completion of illustrations by combining painting, hand written rough drafts and digitally created images
• Express strong visual design knowledge including colours, typography, infographics, illustrations, branding, colour theories, layouts, iconography etc.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders on regular basis to understand the requirements and plan the communication calendar, manage all deliverables and ensure deadlines are being met
• Think critically and strategically, learn quickly from mistakes, believe in data driven approach, receive and incorporate feedback gracefully from all stakeholders
• Onboard, coordinate and streamline the process with third party agencies, freelancers etc.
• Lead the brainstorming, ideation sessions with the ability to present and influence the teams with your concepts. Build, nurture, develop, inspire and grow your team so that they can give their best

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of work experience in Content designing & development
• Experience with Dreamweaver, CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator, Flash, HTML, CSS will be preferred.
• BFA/MFA/GD Art/Bachelor's degree/Diploma in visual design/graphic design
• Motion Graphic Designing experience in the fast pace agile working environment and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Expertise on e-learning authoring tools like - Vyond, Articulate storyline, Adobe captivate, Raptivity, Doodly and tools like MS-PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe XD, and Adobe animate CC etc
• Microsoft Office Products in Word, PowerPoint, Excel is a must
