Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical audit (log file analysis, site crawl, etc.) to maintain optimal crawl efficiency.
  • Audit and perform a backlink analysis to maintain a diverse and healthy link profile.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing processes, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Drive new customer acquisition via channels including; PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast)
  • Development of brand awareness and online reputation. Content management.
  • Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
  • Partner with design & tech teams to develop more effective means of leveraging social networking channels.
  • Develop scalable processes for social operations (campaigns, sweepstakes, apps, etc)
  • Drive new acquisition by using digital channels - Facebook/Instagram/Google/
  • Drive sales & booking numbers.
  • Drive repeat behaviour through digital channels, working with CLM
  • Leverage in-house tech to influence Customer Lifecycle, Hyperlocal engagement

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Web ranking improvement, organic search, SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC and online reputation.
  • Knowledge of SMO and maximizing followers on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Pinterest.
  • Using social media for lead generation and digital marketing. Configure, review and report website performance using webmaster tools, XML sitemaps, analytics, etc.
  • Familiarity with the tools of the trade like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Alexa etc. Keywords identification & selection as per brands competition.

Requirements:

  • Experience with managing relationships with external websites and successfully acquiring backlinks.
  • Deep understanding of keyword research process to identify opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of on-page optimization best practices and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of search engines and link structure of the Web.
  • Strong understanding of web mark-up, including HTML, CSS, and Schema;
  • Good knowledge of SEO Tools such as Goole Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Majestic, and Ahrefs.
  • Worked on ORM to improve the overall image of the website.
  • Worked with the technical team to fix information architecture and usability issues.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of SEO and marketing programs in terms of leads and traffic.
  • Troubleshoot poor ranking and develop improvement strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive strategy updates, reports, and forecasts.
  • Audit site to identify gaps in technical SEO.
  • Reviewing and analyzing websites for areas that can be improved and optimized.
  • Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development team
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Experience with B2B global SaaS start-ups would be a plus.

 

Technical skills required:

  • 3+ years of SEO experience.
  • Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with SEO reporting.
  • A demonstrated track record of increasing rankings, traffic, and or revenue while managing and executing search engine optimization strategies and tactics.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends), etc.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • A quick thinker who can adapt to a fast-paced start-up environment and work with minimum supervision.
