Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.

An HR Director must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments. You should be able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mind-set.

The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manages all office locations, office guest house, Home Office for executives.
  • Assists CEO with his daily administration-related tasks.
  • Manages stores and issues items
  • Manages office staff for housekeeping, maintenance, external interfaces.
  • Manages partners/vendors, also manage a healthy pipeline of partners, vendors for office
  • Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
  • Manages monthly expenses for utilities, other services
  • Performance management, Project management, foster teamwork, supervision, quality Management, Results Driven, Delegation, Time Management, Proactive, Staffing
  • Collaborates with other departments (e.g., Auditors, Employee Services, etc.) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
  • Consults with the Corporate chartered accountant as needed to resolve financial operations issues.
  • Manages employee travel requirements.
  • Manage and monitor, employee safety regulations.
  • Manage and monitor employee regulatory compliances.
  • Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends.
  • Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
  • Smooth processing of bills and ensure vendor payments post checking of labour compliance i, e, ESIC, PF etc.

Requirement

  • Any Graduate / Diploma Engineering
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in any facility management company or hospitality industry with at least 1 year at supervisory level
  • Basic knowledge of English
