Job description: Meetish InfoTech Pvt Ltd is looking for Hr Executive to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Through its product UEPAKI, the company is soon about to create a dominance in the ecommerce & Services Industry.

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Executives to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.

Required Candidate profile:

Key Functions:

  • Plans, organizes, and coordinates the operations and activities related to the Human Resources (HR) operations and functions, location wide.
  • Supports location HR SPOCS to resolve human resource problems, interpret HR policies and procedures and recommends effective courses of action.
  • Provides leadership in coordinating the activities of the HR Department to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Responsible for handling all Labour Compliance related activities, i.e., PF/ ESIC, etc.
  • Works closely with Payroll and other HR Consultants in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing HR/Payroll programs, functions and activities.
  • Provides consistent interpretation/application of HR policies and procedures across all locations.
  • Oversees employee information collection, analysis and reporting; supervises the input of data and ensures data integrity
  • Manage End to End Recruitment Process for the Foundation by utilizing all channels of identifying candidates relevant for the positions.
  • Coordinates the Background Verification process of candidates.
  • Serves as the Department s liaison to Location HR SPOCS as well as central point of contact for interdepartmental projects and communications related to HR operations.
  • Assesses HR operational needs and suggests changes in policies and procedures in order to ensure efficiencies and seamless running of the Foundation.
  • Assists in the development of the department s strategic plan for all operational activity.
  • Oversees internal auditing and quality control efforts and is the point of contact for Finance audits.
  • Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases and graphics packages to assemble, and/or format data and/or reports.
  • Assists with coordinating yearly processes including year-end closing, contract rollovers, yearly rate and pay schedule adjustments, work year calendars, staffing, etc.
  • Facilitate Complete documentation on boarding process of New Hires and conducts Employee Exit Interviews across India.
  • Coordinates employee development and training activities.

  • Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human Resources staff. Monitors administration to established standards and procedures. Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves any discrepancies.
  • Oversees and manages the work of reporting Human Resources staff. Encourages the ongoing development of the Human Resources staff.
  • Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, sports teams support, company philanthropic giving, and administration.
  • Selects and supervises Human Resources consultants, attorneys, and training specialists, and coordinates company use of insurance brokers, insurance carriers, pension administrators, and other outside sources.
  • Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
  • Leads the development of department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Establishes departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals.
  • Directs the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
  • Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
  • Participates in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.

Responsibilities

  • Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
  • Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
  • Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
  • Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
  • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labour unions
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
  • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
  • Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
  • Report to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics

 

Requirement

  • Proven experience as HR Head
  • Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles
  • A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
  • BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development.
  • Ten plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
  • Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement preferred.
