Skills:
- Define the social media strategy and manage the presence across all social media channels
- Be responsible for our brand management and identity: you communicate and successfully position our efforts in the ecosystem. You also contribute towards building a strong brand with deep reach
- Copywriting for online (website, landing pages, emailers, newsletters, ad copies, etc.) and offline marketing collaterals (brochures, pamphlets, posters etc.)
- Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Measure & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against KPI/ ROI
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a - Social- way while cultivating leads and sales
- Oversee design (i.e. Social media graphics ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.)
- Becoming the client s first port of call for bringing media-backed creative solutions on social platforms including but not limited to influencers, short video formats, branded content associations, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR, and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients' industries.
- Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience.
- Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client.
- Analyse and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.
- Work with the creative team to create engaging visuals that reflect clients and their brands
- Stay current with social media trends and tools includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.
- Continue to refine and define our social marketing process.
- Work with teams to work on Reinvent Digital s marketing across the digital medium.
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
- Film & Video - related campaigns - Work with the brand and internal team to manage film and video related campaigns end to end - from understanding the brief to production and to ensure the right impact is made through kickass distribution following PESO framework.
- Develop multichannel editorial calendar and owned content strategy in partnership with creative directors across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Desired Profile:
- 3+ years of social media marketing experience.
- Experience includes but is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.
- Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hoot suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing, and reputation management.
- Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.
Soft skills required:
- A hard-working, humble disposition.
- Capacity to communicate well with stakeholders as well as team members
- A quick thinker who can adapt to a fast-paced start-up environment and work with minimum supervision.
